For quite some time, Calgary has been enjoying Vietnamese cuisine. I've always wanted to dip my foot in and open up my own shop and show Calgary my passion with cooking skills. I wanted to offer different and exciting flavors to the Vietnamese cuisine scene.

And this is the time, I decided to go for it and specialize in Banh Mi. Overall, my goal is to make tasty sandwiches without using deli meats. Our sandwiches are all grilled and created using fresh ingredients only, we do not add my flavor enhancers like MSG into any of our food.

VyThi Cafe specializes in serving a variety of delicious Vietnamese dishes. Our menu includes grilled chicken, pork, beef or tofu Banh mi, bun bo Hue, beef pho, spring rolls, and a variety of refreshing drinks like fresh sugar juice, fresh fruit juices, durian mixed fruit drinks, and bubble tea.
